Who is this for?

Founders and spokespeople, comms/PR leads, team & project leads, nonprofit advocates, and student leaders—anyone who must represent a brand, project, or cause under pressure.

Do I need PR or media experience?

No. It’s beginner-friendly through intermediate. We start with message discipline, then build to advanced drills.

What exactly will I be able to do by the end?

Bridge, signpost, and flag without dodging; handle hypotheticals/false premises/multi-part questions; deliver 10–15 second quotable answers; project credibility on camera; manage nerves on the spot.

What do I need to participate?

A laptop or phone with camera, a basic mic/headphones, and stable internet. A quiet space helps. Optional: phone tripod or stand.
